1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VANTRO PRS platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use VANTRO PRS, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Accounts & Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Not share your account credentials with any third party

4. Subscription & Billing

VANTRO PRS is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service. Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless cancelled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service

6. Your Data

You retain all rights and ownership to the data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely as necessary to provide the Service.

We handle Your Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Your Data and for complying with all applicable data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all its content (excluding Your Data), features, and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of VANTRO PRS and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may terminate your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to export Your Data prior to permanent deletion.

9. Disclaimers & Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VANTRO PRS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VANTRO PRS and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
